Look at his cd holders. Unreal that ebay doesn't bust his balls.

It IS amazing he hasn't been taken down yet, but I suspect it in his future.
Look at his cd holders.
:D Looks like the mess I made when I tried to back up my 60GB HD! :D

I wouldn't worry about that auction. Only fools would pay $100 for a shitload of CD-Rs that may not be reliable or good rips. The other $50 would be for DC itself if the seller ever sells it separately.
For all I know it's a bait set by FBI to find and trap people who supported pirates by buying counterfiets.

But he said that games were "free," so that's his way out. You're "paying only for the Dreamcast." I used to see people auctioning off a single worthless comic book. But, if you bought it, they'd throw in some burned CDRs of some incredibly hard-to-find game. But the CDRs were "free." Wink. Nudge. ;)

Well Ebay doesn't allow that either.

Selling versus giving away an item
Copyright protection includes the exclusive right to distribute or sell the copyright work. This usually means that giving away a copy of a copyrighted work (for example a copy of a videocassette) is not permitted. Thus, selling a pencil for $5.00, and including for "free" an unauthorized videocassette copy would probably be an infringement.

Although they probably wont care about the Dreamcast. There was a nice auction for a Penn State Postcard a few months ago. If you win the auction you get 4 free tickets to the PSU vs Nebraska game, and if you live in Nebraska shipping was $10,000 I think or something silly like that.
I don't see why someone would list something like that and risk legal action against them.
