A little question about "Captain N"

I remember that TV show (yes!!!, i saw it in Argentina a lot of years ago in the "Nintendo show" hehe) and i have a question. I had identified all the characters at that moment, but actually, i didn´t know who´s the purple bad character??? (i don´t remember the name)...master...what???

Which character represents the purple guy???

Damn you guys work fast. I should have noticed the subject matter in question right away , but alas I was away from my PC for a while. The Eggplant wizard is the answer as pointed out allready , but my question is the following :


Didnt the Eggplant wizard have another "badguy" on the show who he was always teamed up with ?

If I remember correctly they were both "stupid" actinf bad guys.... :hmm:
