That looks like the box to me in the picture, maybe he just copied and pasted from another one of his auctions and forgot to change the description? He also calls it an import, which is probably just keyword spamming. Either that or he's clueless. LOL

Send the seller a question and ask :)
I've bought from this seller before, good service.

I asked the seller a question:
So are you saying that this game never came with a box or instruction book? The item in the photo seems to be in a retail box. I guess I am a bit confused because your description doesn't match your photo. How can something be "brand new sealed" but not have the box or instructions. Your photo shows the box. So I guess my question is, what exactly am I bidding on?
Thanks

I could use this game in my new sealed collection, but there is much confusion surrounding this listing.

So I asked a question (see above) and I got this response:
Sorry I will remove that line, it is a brand new unopened game in original box with booklet inside. sorry for the confusion that line was left in from all the used games I had posted that day.
The seller seems to know what they are doing, and they have a quick response time. I might bid, specially since someone said they had dealt with this seller before.
P.S. My pet turtle does not like being refered to as a "Item"!
