I just went to a local TRU and they still had carts with the Green Tagged stuff. Upon digging around, I found some more PSX games that werent there when I went there 3 weeks ago. You guys might want to check your local TRU's because they might be dumping more PSX/n64 games in the bins.

I went yesterday, and all they had was like 8 or 9 copies of Phantasy Star for the Dreamcast. I already have a copy myself, and frankly $ .30 is just too much for a game that can't even be played.

Yeah, I thought the 'REQUIRED' online was added to the XBOX version so MS would get the cash for XBL.

Buy a few for me then and I will gladly pay for them .
I would pay at least $2 each for a few copies .
If it's ver.2 I'd buy one.

There are homebrew servers out there for PSO, and even if you dont want to go that route, $.30 for that game is a killer deal, even if you only play the offline portion.

I thought the XBOX version REQUIRED that you had XBOX Live to play it.

The XBox version does, the Dreamcast and Gamecube versions do not.

I can confirm that the Xbox version does need it too. I bought it thinking it was kidding about it since it wasn't like that on the GameCube or Dreamcast, and I couldn't play. Apparently, if you get Live you can play offline after you have enabled your account.
I didn't have Live, so I sold it to EBGames during one of their trade-in-two, get $10.00 extra deals and got my money back for it, luckily.

Anyone else seen new stuff on green tag at TRU?
If so, I'm all over it. I've got like 7 TRU's near me. 8-)

I checked the one near me yesterday and all I found were:
Useless GBC acessories.
Dreamcast sports 3-packs.
Crap PC games.
One copy of R Racing Evolution for Gamecube (which I grabbed).
A ton of eReader cards.
Kinda a waste, though I did pick up N2O at a nearby GS, and my friend grabbed Virtua Tennis...so not a total waste of gas...

You can still connect to a private server, which hundreds of people use. I've been doing this for a few weeks, and it was worth the $10 I spent on the game and keyboard.

What do you need to connect to a private server? Would a broadband adapter be better than a dialup adapter in this situation? Would a BB Adapter even work correctly as I remember only a handful of games actually supported it. Let me know.
Oh.. and I just went back to my TRU and they had some PSO V2 that werent there a few days ago.

I checked my TRU today and all they've got left is an insane amount of Perfect Darks, at least 15-20. I should buy them all and build a fort. LOL

Is that the only game they have left? How much do they have it selling for? A friend of mine is kinda interested in owning a NEW copy of the game.

I haven't been there in awhile, but last time I checked, I think perfect dark was like $1 w/ the 90% off. They might have also had some copies of Pokemon puzzle league. They also had plenty of sports games lying around.
