looks strange yes. Seller offering free shipping with UK (dont know how expencive it is tho), but you have to be pretty stupid if you pay £2000 in advance to a new seller.
All the buyers have very low feedback too. I wouldnt bid. Can easaly be scammed :(

If you look at the other auctions, it's obvious that the seller took random pictures of his own crappy stuff to make fake feedback

Yeah its pretty damned obvious that her feedback was all written by the same person. Shoot, if I were going to do something like that, I would at least vary the feedback style so that it looked legit, and maybe buy a few small things on eBay to make it look more like a real eBay account.
This is pretty funny.

Who the hell buys their wife a plasma TV anyway? ... and she makes it sound like it was an occasional use, secondary TV? That's the strangest part of all.. O_O

The picture for that auctions looks like it was taken from a Camera Phone inside a Best Buy. I like how the picture taker really tried there best not to get any of the surrounding items in the picture.
All the other auctions sold had pretty high quality pictures.
I really hate scam artists

With all the low bidding on crappy items it almost looks like a scan ring. I could imagine a site that people join with the intent of gaining some quick ebay feedback so they can start scamming people.
What if we all started ebay accounts, bid on each others items, knowing we weren't going to have to pay for them. Then we each member of the group had a reasonable feedback from the fake auctions from the others in the group we would start selling high priced items and scamming people.
In this auction in this thread the T.V. is the only item that is worth anything. Who really wants a caluclator or a pair of stools. I would agree that this is a scam of some sort!

Ya, I just e-mailed the following seller question:
"Just curious, why is this item chained to a display rack, with other components displayed in a retail type setting in the background?"

Heh - I sent Ebay an alert about this seller. People like this need their nads chopping off with a spoon!
I worked damn hard to get my 525 feedback - not gonna let no con artist get easy feedback :D

I also reported it and all the other fake accounts, can we make this the official zap the scammer thread, where links can be pasted here, and we can judge the validity and mass report the offender ? hopefully before anyone gets stung.
