need help selecting a good DDR pad

so i finally decided to get dance dance revolution, probably DDR ultramix for Xbox, and i was wondering what kind of pads you guys use and how they perform. i'm on an extremely low budget here, so metal pads are out of the question. i just want something that wont break, slip, or crap out while playing. i found an ebay auction for a GameStop branded pad for cheap, are they any good?
