I hadn't thought of this thread in awhile (I started it) and I think I've only bought one or two gemes for my XBox (still my newest system) since I started this...so I probably have 58 or 59 games for it now. I need to write out a new updated list so I know exactly what I have...

Ironically the last "new" system I bought (not counting the PS One I had to buy to replace my old Playstation) was a Nintendo 64. In the 4 years I've owned it I have....9 games. (You can tell which of the two Nintendo systems had games I really wanted to play!

Just Super Mario 64 DS and Warioware: Touched for my DS so far, but my collection WILL increase. There looks to be many good titles in the future! Hell, if I wouldn't have a DS by October, that would be my buying point for Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. :D

As for my "old" newest system (Gamecube) I am up to 12 games, having added Donkey Konga (which is kick-ass) and Road Trip: Arcade Edition (which is a cool little racing game that reminded me a little bit of Micro Machines.)

the last system I bought was Sega Saturn, and I only have 2 games: Street Fighter Alpha and Virtua Fighter 2.

Before that was DS, and at the date of purchase I only had the Metroid Prime Hunters demo, but a week later bought Super Mario 64 DS. Now I have those plus Polarium, Zoo Keeper, Pac-Pix and Wario Ware Touched.

When I first got my other systems, I only had a couple games for each. When I bought both my game gear and my lynx on half.com they game with 4 games and a carrying case thanks to generous sellers. My PS2 came with GT3 and my parents or grandparents bought be Crash: Wrath of Cortex and Devil May Cry (XMas gift) my GameCube was a gift from my boyfriend and he also bought Super Mario Sunshine, when I replaced my NES I only had Zelda and I can't remember if I bought any other games that same day, I bought Super Mario World and StarFox the day I bought my SNES, I got my Genesis free (salvaged from the trash at GameStop, and it still worked, I still don't know why they were throwing it out) and bought Columns to test it, the N64 was another XMas gift, given along with Ocarina of Time. I already had a handful of GameBoy/Color/Advance games when I bought my own Advance and later SP, I bought the NGPC on Toysrus.com and ordered a King of Fighters game on eBay at the same time, and when I bought my Dreamcast off a friend it came with four games.

So, I always start off very small when I get a system for the first time, but I usually expand quickly, depending on the system.

When I started this thread way back in late April, the system I had last bought was an XBox. However now, I have a more recent system, a Nintendo DS, which I bought a month or two ago. Here are the 6 games I now have for it...the first 5 are true DS games and the last one for the Game Boy Advance which can also be played on the DS...

Well, since i got a Virtual Boy (Old, but new to me) I have 5 games for it. Galactic Pinball, Mario's tennis (x2), Panic Bomber,Vertical Force, and Wario Land.

As for my youngest current system, It's the same. DS, Super mario 64 DS and asphalt urban GT.

Well my newest system is technically 2600 and i have 37 games for that one.

My newest system that is not a repurchase is Xbox and i have 26 games for that one.

Both numbers excluding duplicates.


If i end up getting a DS or PSP for myself in the next day or 2 then i will be at 1 or 2 games for that system.

My newest system (to me) is the AES I should be getting any day now. Only have one game for it, though.

My most current system is my DS, although I had a 360 at one point. At this time, counting GBA titles, I have a total of 13 games for it (one of which is on its way).
