Phantasy Star Online: CARD or Lost Kingdoms 2?

I'm trying to figure out which to purchase since a used PSO: CARD III showed up at my local EB for $15 and there is a new Lost Kingdoms 2 lingering at the other local EB for $10. Which is better, and can a used copy of PSO: CARD III be played off-line at all?

Or should I just get Final Fantasy X-2 for $10 while there is still a new, non-GH copy sitting in the cabinet at the first EB?

Someone will ask why I don't just buy all 3, but I'm moving into my new apartment on Saturday and I'll be way past broke. Decisions, decisions...

I'd grab FFX2 first, NO question about it.....then Lost Kingdoms 2....then PSO Card last.

FFX2 is a normal RPG (best FF game yet IMO).....Lost Kingdoms 2 is a full RPG with a card battle system.....but PSO Card is nothing more than a Yugio-type card game when you get down to it. There's less "RPG" to it. (don't get me wrong...it's still good)

Card battling = good

I recommend Baten Kaitos, it's a great different take on the whole battling strategy. More deck thought needed than most other games too. Homogeny is the key :)

Thanks for your input, guys. I think I'm going to try for a $10 copy of Mega Man X8 at K-Mart first though...
