Old arcade machines

I found a guy whos selling some old arcade machines which are:

- Jungle Hunt
- Alpine Ski
- Dig Dug

First, are these machines rare and worth anything?
They are all cocktail tables. Jungle Hunt is missing a controll panel and there are some wear here and there. The powercord are also missing on all 3 games for some odd reason..?

Is this any problem to fix this?
I dont have much knowledge about electronic components and stuff so can an average guy like me get these to work?

All those machines are worth something. The fact that they are cocktail tables makes them worth something more. The fact that they don't have power cords makes them worth a little less.

I would immediately question why none of them have power cords. The power cord is usually permanently connected to the power supply, so I would also wonder if any of them have power supplies. Fixing or replacing a power supply isn't that big of a deal (and if it's just the power cord that's even less of a deal) but of course the real gamble is, if you can't fire the game up, there's no telling what else is wrong/missing with them.

Alpine Ski is probably the least valuable of the three, just because the game kind of sucks and it's not really a big classic. I would expect a working, good condition Alpine Ski cocktail to go for $300 or so. I'm guessing a Jungle Hunt cocktail would go slightly higher (maybe $400) and on the Dig Dug, your guess is as good as mine. I've seen stand up Dig Dug cabinets in nice condition sell for $600-$800, and cocktails usually go for more than their upright counterparts.

A caveat I always add is that arcade game prices are very subjective to their condition, the time of year and their location. Games tend to cost more on the east/west coast as compared to the midwest. Auction prices tend to go up close to the holidays. And of course, the quality of the cabinet and the monitor will affect the price.

If you can get those for a cheap enough price I would get them regardless of whether or not they work. Even non-working I would guess you could get $100 each for them, maybe more.
