Circus Caper sucked terrible.

Also craptacular was the pirate King of Fighters 97. Worst pile of code ever written for the NES.

My nomination for bad games:
Cheetahmen2 (doubly whammy since it's a bad sequel to a bad game)
Super Pitfall (looks like a different game that someone slapped Pitfall on)
Athena ('nuff said)
Barbie (Sometimes a girl only game is a bad idea)
MUSCLE (what the hell is it? It's not even the same color as the minifigds!)
Color A Dinosaur (one dinosaur? And when you're done, that's it??)
Hot Slot (I've seen a better looking p0rn on C64!)

Gotta add Pesterminator and Raid: 2020 to that list. If you were disappointed with NARC on the NES, and I'm sure most people were, wait until you try its unlicensed counterpart!
Say what you will about the Nintendo Seal of Quality but the games without it are generally a lot worse than the ones with it. You can blame Color Dreams for that.

P.S. Speaking of unlicensed games, am I the only one who didn't like that stupid Dizzy series? I'm sorry, but eggs don't make great video game mascots. What's next, Super Mario Fetus 3?

I actually liked Pesterminator, very cute game.. nice challenge.

The only game that REALLY PISSED ME OFF from my 550+ collection (from seal of quality games, apart from that, only Tengen & Codemasters make AMAZING unlicensed games!) has to be

What a crappy game! Talk about trying to run a Quake equivalent game on a 286 CPU!!!

Star Voyager by Acclaim for the NES is a terrible game. The graphics are often 2600-level, the play mechanics are terrible, and once you do find the enemy (the radar is useless and ridiculous), you get slaughtered.

A game on a "next generation" system is supposed to make you glad you purchased the new system. Star Voyager makes you long for the terrific Atari 5200 Star Raiders. Or the Atari 2600 Star Master.

M.U.S.C.L.E. --> Pathetic wrestling game
Pro wrestling --> Other poor wrestling game
Master chu and the drunkhard Fu --> Color dreams game, i hate it
Godzilla --> Shit

I really liked Friday the 13th when it came out too!...Even though I could never finish it.

If you still want to beat friday the thirteenth, you must face Jason outside. You'll get more chances to hit him. You'll have no chance inside one of the houses later in the game because he's too quick.
Dont forget to get the sweater and machete before facing him.
