Game Crazy is having this great sale right now on old school games and Dreamcast games are included, but I must admit that I don't know diddly squat about the value of Dreamcast games and how they sell on Ebay.

Are there any Dreamcast games that fetch solid dollars consistently on Ebay?

Wow man, you are all about making money by selling games on Ebay.
To answer your question there are a few Dreamcast games that get decent money. Marvel VS. Capcom 2 is one of them.
Personally I think you should go get a job, and quit worrying reselling games all the time.
