I just finised ICO. Awesome game!

That game was just about perfect. Game-makers should release more games like this one (involving challenge and thinking). Alas, I hear Ico is not a good seller. :-(

Really great game, but... Too easy, not enough story, and a little too short (Due to the lack of story)

The difficulty was good for the puzzles, perfect. But the fighting was kinda boring since you just wail on one button until everything dies. That last battle lasted like 15 minutes of pushing one button.

I'm glad the battles were easy. It's the exploration/puzzles that were the main point, like Pitfall.

And the ending was just....oh my God. :-( I was sooooooo into the characters. It was a beautiful story but sad too. :(

Oh no. Why do I get the sneaking suspicion that I turned off my PS2 too soon? Now I'll have to play the entire game through again to find out what you're talking about, anotherfluke! x_x :( x_x

I loved that game.It was such a good game and one of the best games people have never heard of,next to Panzer Dragoon.I just hope the new one makes it to the US of A...... :/ :D 8-)

After Ico defeats the witch, Yorda carries him to the boat and he sails off. The castle collapses. Later Ico washes up on the shore. At that point you make Ico run north and he finds Yorda there... except now she's in full-color like a real girl.

It isn't a sad ending.

I loved the game - all aspects of it. Enough that I've played it through 3 times already (and I hardly ever replay games anymore).

My wife was so intrigued by it that *she* played it. And she hardly ever plays games anymore.

I thought the story was fine. Too many games these days are too long because they try to tell an intricate story. Sure the gameplay could've been more, but it wasn't so long that I got bored of it which I think is a good thing.

Even though it sold poor (shame on those of you who skipped it!!!) there is apparantly an Ico 2 in the works!

i had requested this game for Christmas but when my wife went shopping it was gone. It was sitting at a SuperStore for months $22.99 CAD but when she goes to pick it up.... bam ... sold out. Figures. It was my birthday on Saturday and I got a little extra cash. I hope it was reordered.
