Has anyone seen this? It's awesome. It's the ideal controller for playing 2D fighting games on PS2, especially ones with the Street Fighter controller setup. It's only available in Japan though, so I'll be importing it. It would work with an American PS2, right?

Anyway, hello everyone. This is my first post, but I have been visiting this site for a few years.

I saw one of these in Game Informer or Tips & Tricks or something. I thought I read that they're brigning it over here, but I might be crazy. Anyways, it's the same controller as a model 2 (or was it model 1? :P) Saturn, but with a Playstation logo in the center. I think the Playstation controller is good enough, but there are those who played fighting games for hours such as Fighters Megamix or Virtua Fighter 2, and miss the controller on the new PS2 games sorely. Either way, I personally think the PS2 controllers are good, I don't see why I should spend another $30 for a controller that I basically have. But then again, that's my opinion.

I never owned a Sega Saturn. Shame on me, I know. I really want one.

Can someone please answer that question?

Yes it will. I lived in Japan for a few years and I only used Japanese controllers & memory cards with my US PS2. It will work.

It's already out in Japan. There's no word on an American release yet.
