Working Designs liked to release different variations for the games. I think there are 7 different for Lunar Silver Star

There are actually seven. Working Designs does this sort of stuff all the time. For the details straight from them, check out their Lunar details page:

Personally I've got a copy of each label, and I know I'm not the only one out there who's done this. Almost all of WD's post-Lunar releases have some sort of disc label variant.

7? Wild, my best friend has 4 copies of it (Complete Original releases), each with different artwork.
