What's with all the half ass R&B tracks on this one?

I was kinda hyped for this, but I've been broke, so thanks for posting that cause now I know I can hold off for a 10.00 price tag. :/

All Star? Who really want's to hear that damn song again?

EDIT: Artists - thanks to Google and whatever I knew off the top of my head, so you can all know what I mean by "half ass R&B (coughcoughBrandyAlliyahMaryJBligeTLCcoughcough)

All Star - Smash Mouth
The Anthem - Good Charlotte
Boombastic - Shaggy
Born Too Slow - The Crystal Method
Come Clean - Hilary Duff
Contact - Citizen Cope
Donkey Konga 2 Theme
Drive - Incubus
Full Moon - Brandy
Habanera - Charlotte Church
Headstrong - Trapt
High Roller - Cheap Trick or The Crystal Method
Hit 'Em Up Style - Blu Cantrell
I Don't Want To Know (If You Don't Want Me) - The Donnas
It's Been Awhile - Stained
La Bamba
Losing My Religion - REM
The Minute Waltz - Barbara Streisand (She probably just did a version of it, it's probably just a traditional waltz track)
No More Drama - Mary J. Blige
Pieces - Hoobastank
Predictable - Good Charlotte
Road Trip - Steriogram
Rock The Boat - Alliyah
Send The Pain Below - Chevelle
Shiny Happy People - REM
Sidewalks - Story Of The Year
Trepak - Russian Dance (as in, this is a Russian Dance)
Trouble - Coldplay
U Don't Have to Call - Usher
Unpretty - TLC
Why Don't We Fall In Love - Ameria
Wish You Were Here - HOPEFULLY Pink Floyd and NOT Incubus...but going with the overall SHIT theme, I'd say it's Incubus.

Well, since I've gathered all the artists together, I can say that I'll pass on this even at a 10.00 price tag. Way to go Nintendo....this really fucking sucks.

Pretty disappointing, I guess I'll wait for a used copy or a price drop.

Yeah, I saw the setlist a while ago, and about puked. Hillary Duff? Hoobastank? Good Charlotte? O_O The cheesiest J-pop would be preferable to this garbage. I think I'll have to import 2 & 3 after all.

That sucks, what's the Japanese Konga 2 list?

The sad thing?

This list is STILL 10 times better than the original. I will also wait for a $10 price point before buying.

I'm not happy with this at all. I don't care what others think but I liked the song selection of the first one. Everything in there just seemed to go right with the crazy idea of using bongos...most of the songs we're ones that you wouldn't admit you listen to, but secretly put it on every once and a while. They were (for the most part) "fun" songs, but now it's all mainstream crap and alot of it doesn't even seem like it work well...maybe if this was the list to Taiko II. I guess I'm going to pass on this one...thanks for saving me $50.

I have to agree, this list sucks. The original was't that great, but it's way better than this one.

If I ever own this it will be because my girlfriend bought it.

Gah. The first one was underwhelming, but with some good points. But this just looks like crap overall. Oh well. Guess I don't have to bust my ass to spend money on it. Heh.

The second Donkey Konga in Japan was all about "mainstream" J-pop and other such songs as well, so I guess they are just following the same trend for the Western versions of it as well (awaits to see what the UK version song list is like now).

Atleast Coldplay is on there, same with Cheap Trick and hopefully Floyd.

Otherwise, just horrible. Good Charlotte? Smash Mouth? hehe, ridiculous

I've never even heard of 80% of those songs. Somehow i doubt I'd like to, either.

I'm a bit disappointed there are no Nintendo tunes this time around. Then again, Donkey Konga 3 is supposedly like 40% classic Ninty tunes, so I might wait for that.

Dang, I need to import the Japanese versions too. My bongos need a workout after the goodness that was Jungle Beat.
