I already have a PSP with Ridge Racer which I love.....Awesome handheld game.
Should I take the DS ? I mean if someone has the Ds can you say its good ? I dun want any SONY haters saying its great and PSP sux with 4 hour batter ......
or other stuff I hear....
Just need some opinions if its good to get and wait for some upcoming good games ? if any!!!

Free current gen system? Even if you wouldn't like it, take it. You could, at the very least, trade it for games.

Well, yeah take it.... BUT if you have the choice of saying "I'd rather have the $150 put towards THIS instead" then I would say that. A lot of people (myself included) aren't overly thrilled with their DS.
The $40 pricepoint of psp games is what actually drove me away from the PSP. But it looks like within a year or 2 I'll have to get one at this rate lol.
You shouldn't EVER "wonder" whether you should take something thats free or not. If it's free, then you take it! :D

Of course you should take it and do yourself a favor...go read some reviews and pick up some games. No need relying on the people here to make a decision.

Yea, there are a few good games out there, not too many yet IMO. But there are plenty of good ones comming up. Mario64 DS is definatly worth it. Plus there is a HUGE library of GBA games to take advantage of.

...and for reviews, as I always say, go to www.metacritic.com/games
It'll give you many reviews of a given title, so you can see whether the general consensus is that it's a good game, a bad one, or the kind of game that everybody either loves or hates (ie. the scores are either very high or very low).

If it is free and you can't apply the money to anything else... um... I'd take it. If you'd rather not, I'll send you $25.00 to send it to me :D
But seriously, get it. If you want to get some games for it, there are some decent things that have been released. From what I've seen, Polarium alone makes me very interested in the system.
That isn't to say the PSP isn't worth it though. They are both very different systems, and they both have games that are interesting. I guess it is more up to personal taste than anything!

I disagree. Phisical pain in any form is never considered a form of monitary value. It is not Yen, it is not Dollor, it is not Pound, Peso, Pence, or any form of money the world round. It is simply a phisical reaction caused by stimulation in the nervious system telling the brain something isnt right. Also, joke as you may, I am honestly serious. The DS sure beats my old GBA. I need a upgrade.
