It's a set up where your guests can use headsets on live as well.

They suck, well at lest mine does! Not useable as it puts a LOT of noise on the line. This would be ok except for the fact that the noise is both sent and recieved from the unit meaning that everybody online has to put up with it as well. I feel this is not cool, so I never use mine.

Doesnt Izret101 have one of those ? Since me and my friend only live a few mile apart it wouldnt be worth it to buy one :/ That and I like having the whole screen to myself and not playing on a split screen ;)

We've had one of these for over a year now and it works just fine. The headsets weren't really comfortable to me, but for the longest time my friend used and preferred the included headsets to the official XBL one. Just be warned that you'll have to sit fairly close to your buddies since all the wires will be coming out of player 1's controller. Also, all the minute sounds your friends make will be piped into your ear, so if you're playing with any uber-fatties, make sure to remind them they can breathe without the sounds of an asthma attack. Good product with some drawbacks.
