Nothing special. I think you can still get them at Hot Topic. They make tons of the Super Mario car stuff. Floor mats, Steering wheels covers, fuzzy dice. I love mario with all my heart, and am even getting a mario tat, but I just can't imagine that stuff looking good on a car. :/
