The Misadventures of Tron Bonne showed up on Underdogs recently (though without a download due to Capcom's ESA membership). It sounds like a pretty cool game.

Unfortunately, it seems to be fetching $20-30 on eBay lately, rather more than the rarity guide would suggest. Is this game becoming scarce?

Its not rare that I know of. Though its rare in the wild compared to other mega man games. I paid 10 bucks for my copy, so I wouldnt really consider it "rare" definatly uncommon though.

As usual, eBay is overstating the actual value of the game. The EB near me still has a copy of it for $12.99 (used). I don't see the game often, but I see it enough.

I think two of the shops near me have em used.

The EBgames here in Atlanta still have new copies for sale, $15 I think. New as in sealed and minty.

I do see this one becoming hard to find in the future, though.

:D

I don't see the game all that often either, but I agree that it is far from rare.

That being said $20 for this game is still worth it :)

I think I bought mine for $20 NEW or $12 NEW or something like that. It is a very good game! It's part of the "MegaMan Legends" series... I like it more than "Legends 2" but not as much as the first game. A good chunk of the game is more based on figuring out puzzles and stuff.

I remember seeing tons of copies of this game in a local costco, but they were just gone one day. It's really not that rare, though. It is however, one hell of a good game. It's worth the price on ebay, but I'd suggest keeping an eye out for a cheaper copy first.

If you're going to spend $20 on The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, you might as well get it new and sealed:

Disclaimer: I found these sites by doing a froogle.com search. I've never used either of these web sites, so I can't vouch for them being any better than, say, Buy-Rite.

Incidentally, I ran a half.com search after reading this thread and saw that someone had had a copy for sale for $9.99. By the time I clicked on the link, though, it was sold.

@bargora: I find Froogle next to useless for anything listed on Amazon. (Way, way too many websites seeking to profit from "affiliate" linking, there are.)

Well, all certainly very good to know. I'll poke my head into the local EB later and see if it shows up at a decent price; otherwise, perhaps I shall send out some PMs. ;)

No profoundly negative sentiments about the game, then? I assume it is fully functional in most major emulators.

Its one of those games thats still out there as mentioned above by our lookers of PlayStation stuffs. Once again (again) as Joe said, just because it goes for 30 bucks on ebizzle doesnt mean that it commands near that in the wild. My vote is that it stays where it is on the list currently and I will not be changing it in the forseable future.
