At band practice yesterday, my drummer gave me a Genesis model 2 along with Beauty & the Beast: Belle's Quest (complete), ESPN National Hockey Night (complete), Sonic 3 (complete), Street Fighter II: SCE (complete), Eternal Champions (cart & inst) and Pocahontas instructions, all going into the tradebait bin. After today's Mothers Day stuff, I took a quick trip to the local flea where I picked up Art of Fighting (Genesis complete), Samurai Shodown (Genesis complete), Vectorman (Genesis new/sealed), Vandal Hearts (PSX complete), Galerians (PSX complete) and Quest 64 (cart only) for $22. Not too bad of a weekend. I've had worse.
Marvel VS Capcom 2 (DC) $12 My second copy to replace the cut one I had. I hate it when they jack my capcom edge points. Hmm Now what to do with this extra?
Interact Memory Card + (SS) $6 Trading it in on monday. Woo I love doubling my money!

Too bad it's not like that Monster Rancher game. Where you could insert ANY Sega game and it would do different stuff.
P.S. - I forget what it's for so can someone refresh me.. Sonic & Knuckles opens up on top and has a cartridge slot. What went in there?!
Sonic 1,2 or 3. So you could play as Knuckles.
Not Sonic 1 though...
Whoops, sorry :embarrassed:
Dont appologise! easy mistake
i think 99% of us have at least tried their Sonic 1 cart in S&K... just incase LOL (Me being one of them LOL)

First time I did that, was with Batman Returns on Genesis, I thought it would give me an error message (Well yes, but a friendly one)

Great to hear that man. I recommend MGS2/3 and GTA San andreas. I was also a big fan of TS2 (havent got the new one yet) but a timed mine on someones face is CLASSIC!

My thrifting/garage sale-ing weekend yielded no games. Saw some N64 stuff (dude wanted $40 for system, controller and two games). But it wasn't unproductive:
Circa 70's Tupperware sugar container (these are the BEST and I wanted one): 25 cents (goes for about $5 on eBay)
Minty to damn-fine condition LPs (Frank Zappa: Joe's Garage and another album, a couple Pat Benetar, an old Genesis album, Styx: Killroy was Here, Asia, George Carlin: AM & FM, a couple old Olivia Newton John albums for the wife and a couple more I can't think of): $6
Transformer: one of those pull-back motorized deals, this one flips from vehicle to feet automatically. 25 cents
A rubber Tiamat: hey, I'm a D&D nerd and a nickle for an odd ball rubber toy was well worth the eye rolling my wife gave me.
Game shopping has been dry...dry....dry.
