I saw a gray Zelda 2 Adv. of Link today, just wondering if they are rarer then the gold ones? Also did the ever make a gray copy of the First Zelda?

Yes there is a grey version of the first zelda. I personally have not come across a grey cart myself so I would assume that they are more rare.

Grey versions are reissues (along with yellow label Metroid and Punch Out without Mike Tyson) and they didn't produce as much as the original release.

I have a CIB grey Zelda game that I bought for $10 from Walmart back I think in '94 or '95 as a backup in case the old gold version I have failed. But the gold one I have is still working.

The grey Zeldas, and the yellow Metroid are all rarer than their counterparts, but not that much rarer. They are uncommon at best. Nice to have tho, for backup reasons, and the Metroid label is cool. :)
