** Steam Account Associated with Half-Life 2 must be handed over to me.
Is that actually possible? I can remember some stories on the internet about this and the issue was that it wasn't possible (or at least made easy) to hand over steamaccounts. IIRC it had something to do with that all licenses for Valve games are bound to one steam account, and if you transfer the account, *all* the licenses go with it or something...
Anyway, a lot of people have been complaining that Steam makes it near impossible to sell your software to someone else...

You can hand over your account just like you can with a hotmail account. With the account that I would hand over, I would be giving him my login and password. Once logged in, he can change every bit of info that he would need to make it his own account (change the pw, email addy and login in he wanted to). Those are the only 2 games that I have from steam and I dont plan on playing either anymore so its not a problem for me to hand over BOTH games on the steam account. Because I bought them as a combo, both games will be included with my steam account. Simply put, I would sell him my ACCOUNT (which has CSS and HL2 activated on it) with the half life 2 cds (which you dont really need because my steam account has them activated so he can download them), but who would want to do that when you have the original install cds?..
Anyways...
As for the "IP logger" and other rumors, thats all they are.. just rumors.I have used this account for several games on several different computers. I have CSS & HL2 activated on it and it doesnt matter what cpu I have the games on as long as I have my login. I have formated my computer about 3 times since I bought it (I format a lot, just to keep things running smoothly). I have also installed both HL2 and CSS on my parents computer when I went home a few months ago and it worked great.
