If you're still lookin', I've got a Dreamcast, but it doesn't have a modem.
It's in pretty okay cosmetic condition. I haven't looked at it in awhile--a scratch here, a smudge there if I remember correctly, but nothing horribly disfiguring (except for that gap the missing modem leaves.)
I know you were only looking for bare bones (which is good, 'cuz I dont' have either of the cables), but it does have a controller and memory card.
Everything worked peachy keen when I tested it back in January--it's been sitting in a box under my dining room table since then.
I'm looking for $10+shipping for the whole package.
Shipping will probably be between $8-$9 (that IS a guess, but probably a pretty good one.) If you decide you want it, I'll get you a hard quote by tomorrow evening.
