If those graphics are entry level graphics for the next gen consoles...and it runs at a tidy framerate... then I'm damn excited... mannnn. Tasty!

No no no no no. This game has not been confirmed for either the 360 or the PS3. This is a PC game, from a publisher who has done nothing more than "express interest" in developing for next-gen consoles. All they've done is post some pre-renders, and leave it up to the gaming media and fanboys to declare them actual screenshots from the "next generation." Slick timing, really.

The thing is, I'm actually not much of a fan of photorealistic graphics. Sure, it'll be cool when we finally arrive at that level, and it'll be nice to play a couple of games with such graphics. But I'm secretly hoping everyone will slowly get fed up with all that realism, and more abstract games will begin to surface again. Then it'll get *really* interesting ;)

i think they are just as good as max payne 2, but they do look good, but i think that todays computers could spit shit just as good out

excactly my thoughts.... one minute your playing Pacman in 8bit, the next you have basically a Real Life game infront of your eyes, so real its scary...
Imagine this with 3d Goggles! that would creep me out!
Lets jsut hope the AI on the people matches up to these graphics...

Stop taking so many bong hits. You rememind me of someone who tried to tell me that Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance looked the exact same as MK4 on the N64... Or this one idiot who was convinced that Tekken 2 on the PSOne looked the same as Soul Calibur running on a Dreamcast side by side.
