I came across a Soundic machine for sale. I never heard of this and cant find anything on ebay. I read that it was released in asia 1983 and it was based for ppl who couldnt afford to buy expencive systems.
How rare is this thing acctualy? And how much is it worth?

There are MANY versions of that machine. Would it surprise you to find out that it's essentially the same as the Arcadia 2001?
That said, it's not worth a whole lot unless you find someone who likes obscure stuff, and even then you probably won't get much (for instance, I'm not sure I have a Soundic model, so I might be interested, but I wouldn't pay much for it). As far as rarity, it's not that common, but as we know, rarity doesn't always lead to value.

Actual dollar worth? About $20 assuming it's in good shape and complete; $50 if it's boxed. As Russ said, it's an Arcadia 2001 clone, not exactly the most sought-after game system of our time. If you found one that works it's still a pretty nice find!
EDIT: Did you check the online guide? Here it is:
