32x Games

I have heard a rumour that there are some NTSC release 32X games that are region free. Does anyone know if this is true and if so what games?

I cant remember the website but it said something like T-Mek, Spiderman Web of Fire and BC Racers were all region free.

I'd love to own web of fire

I have a feeling that Fifa '96 is region free, but thats a PAL game. :)

I thought the "region" of your 32x was based upon the region of the system it was plugged into.

That being said, i did get "Space Harrier" to come up on my "Super 32x" when i used it on my modded Genesis.

Every USA game I have tried runs on Japan's Super 32x ran just fine. I tested about 10 or so. This was a whle back, but I don't rememember even ONE not working.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms 4 runs fine on the USA 32x.

FIFA Soccer (PAL) runs fine on a USA 32x so it probably runs on a Japanese 32x as well.

DarXide only runs on a PAL 32x and a PAL TV.

James and NES run from dead cats.

do you know if any games like t-mek, tempo, web of fire and brutal above the claw play on PAL systems?

Ah... You must live in a PAL country! I take it those games weren't released in PAL? I know Spiderman and T-Mek weren't.

In answer to your question, I have no idea if an NTCS game will run on a PAL 32x, with or without a convertor. My PAL 32x is 3 states away in storage, so I can't even try it out for you.

PAL county is lovely place. We just dont get certain games. We did get Darxide though *smiles* although ive never seen a copy

Games such as T-Mek, Web of Fire, BC racers, Tempo and Blacthorne all never were released on PAL 32x

interestingly though Tempo Jr got a game gear release and BC Racers got a PAL mega cd release!
