Importing - Lik-Sang etc

Has anyone used Lik-Sang or Lan-Kwei?

Well I have never used either and must admit to being wary of using them due to mixed reports especially with Lan-Kwei. I did consider using them but there customer service seems a lot to be desired.

I am also wary of import duties etc etc so I just wondered if anyone had any experience of these companies and which other companies if any they use for importing especially DC and Saturn stuff.

I ordered 2 things from Lan-Kwei in the same order back in September. One arrived promptly and I was very pleased with it. I'm still waiting for the other item, and have not received responses from my last 2 emails >:(

Id get my imports from places that have great customer service I would say to try NCSX.com unless your looking for something that they dont carry like older used stuff.

I'm pretty sure you can still get DC games from Sega Direct.

I've baught from both. Lik-Sang has better CS, but their prices are high. Lan-kwei is a mixed bag. I have received every item I have ordered from their and they all worked fine but one time they shipped an order to the wrong address and it took them weeks to ship the order to me. In the end it took from August to November before I got the items. They don't like E-mailing you back..

I don't think Sega Direct ships anywhere except Japan.
