30 minutes myself, but I know someone who sold something in 9 minutes.

Seeing as it takes an hour or so for items to reach the general search lists, it must have either been a very lucky keyword search or advertising on a forum.

Yeah, I can beat that. :D

Last year I put my NES Top Loader up for sale, along with the hookups and a few common games. I set what I thought was a good BIN ($75, if I recall correctly) and then came here to post it.

Turns out a guy was browsing the NES listings and noticed mine the minute I put it up. He snapped on the BIN right away.

From when I listed it to being sold took 5 minutes. LOL

I used to sell wrestling vids on ebay... it was common for them to go within 10 minutes, sometimes they'd go within 3. I guess people were watching or something.

I had a couple of my Sony portable CD-I's go in under 10 minutes at like $125 BIN. I had links to my ebay store in my forum sig on a bunch of forums, and I got tons of hits to it (don't have store anymore) while I was doing that.

I would've kept the store, but I just don't have enough inventory to support it anymore. I've gotta wait for the next big liquidation score :D

I sold a CD in 3 minutes, when I didn't even think it would sell at all. It was cheap though, with the BIN. Guess I just got lucky.

I've sold several items within an hour of posting. It is kind of neat... and then I wonder if I put too low a buy-now.

When I first started doing my modded ColecoVisions, I had the buy it now at $225.00 or $249.00, depending on options, BIN'ed at like 6 hours, 3 hours, 30 minutes, and 6 minutes. The last one I listed sold in like 36 hours. Not as fast as I'd like, but at least it gives me a little time to get the next one modded up.

I'm working on 4 new mods for the ColecoVision and should have that one done in a couple of weeks. I've got an ATARI 5200 that I'm working on right now, along with another ATARI 7800 that I hve to get done soon as well. I'll be out of town for work from the 20th through at least the 29th, so I won't be able to finish or post anything on Ebay untill I get back.

Mine is when I put up my Dreamcast collection for $150 with shipping to anywhere in the US. Turns out it was a LOT more, and I hadn't done my homework, like an idiot. I had complete copies of Project Justice, Tech Romancer, Power Stone, Power Stone 2, Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, and about 10 more complete games, and about 30 disc only games. I think I could have sold it for $300. Oh gawd. :embarrassed: :(

The fastest sale that I had was about 8 minutes and that was for tickets to Universal Studios.

The fastest purchase that I have made was in under 20 seconds.

Today, I sold some buy-it-nows within a few minutes of listing them. To a guy in Australia. They hadn't even shown up on the .co.uk listings page at the time.
