Street Fighter Alpha 3 for PSP

Capcom announced Street Fighter Alpha for PlayStation Portable, the game will have a Network Versus mode and a new Battle Mode exclusive to PSP.

Is it just going to be a port of Street Fighter Alpha? It would make a lot more sense to port over Alpha 3...

I'm a big Street Fighter fan but I don't know about bringing it to the PSP. I had Darkstalkers and thought it was unplayable with the PSP controls. I can't imagine Street Fighter Alpha being any different play wise.

Juli and Juni are suppost to be two of a new four characters? Haven't they been in a few games already? I remember they were in Alpha 3 already, why would they be considered new?
