When you fill you a complaint through PayPal Buyer Protection and you get a refund, will the refund you get be withdrawn from the sellers Paypal account?

Truth be told if paypal says you entitled to a refund. Your money is long gone. They told me I was entitled for a refund many times. First time user had insuffecient funds paypal claim to be taking extra measures which means nothing. The next time I filed under the 30 day mark. and out of 28.00 they refunded me a whopping 3.00. of which basically they gave me the fee listing. anything under 25.00 your out. anything over good luck. Paypal is worthless in bed with ebay and needs to be santioned

I've received refunds thru Paypal before. It can often times depend on how soon you file the complaint.

If the seller is still on ebay selling & recieving payments, you may luck up & freeze the account with money in it.

Ive also recived full refund from Paypal once. But I'm wondering if Paypal take the money I got refunded from the seller or do they pay from their own pocket.
