I just caught this thread from cheapassgamer.com about pre-owned copies of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater at $12.99 in-store at EB Games. I plan to go and check for myself.

The missles have just been fired in the higher priced next gen games. I searched eb site for metal gear3 and seen metal gear 4 listed for $59.00 unfreakin believable
