I just had to ask a question:
Did you mean to start this out at 9.50 instead of 950.00? I would be interested in this manual, but I think it is a bit too high for a starting bid.
It is possible that they made a mistake, they do only have a 10 feedback rating.

And while we're at it...$16.50 to ship a manual?
Last I remember you can ship a pound via priority mail for only $3.85 and they provided the box free.
BTW, Here's (http://search.ebay.com/asteroids-arcade-manual_W0QQfromZR40QQsojsZ1) a few more "Super Rare" Asteroids arcade manuals. Some are less shipped then just your shipping fee alone
I've seen some people bidding lots of money on some pretty crappy stuff but if anyone bids on that manual, my faith in the human race will be forever lost.

Probly sent as signed & insured with UPS or something. You dont send a $950 manual unsigned or not insured :)
