notice how the consoles they wear on their backs look very similar to something the ghostbusters would have. i haven't played the dreamcast version yet, so did they wear that console on the back too?

it looks worse on the ps2? aw, goddamnit. that's the second botched dc port to ps2 (grandia 2). a port to the xbox would be funny, imagine the heroes lugging around that size of a console.

The Dreamcast seems to be able to handle more detailed textures. PS2 looks very early 3D in heavily detailed enviroments when it comes to non pre-rendered backgrounds.

Damn those jaggies.

its kind of sad when you start to think about what modern games would have looked like on the dreamcast had it not be exiled by the american market.

the dreamcast would have been letting you down with other things by now. But it will allways be able to produce smoother graphics than the ps2.

What the? A PS2 port!?

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice game and a great concept, but Sega has been milking this game for years now - aside from the original DC version and its PC port, there were two PC updates in Japan (TOTD 2003 and TOTD 2004).

The House of the Dead III has been ported to the PC now. Can't it be given the typing treatment?

Its not a 3rd person.... you play it just like it was HOTD. The last pic is just from a cutscene.

But I did like the white PS2's on their backs. Thats kinda spiffy.
