If you don't see a picture of the box and manual, you don't buy it. The fact that he advertised the "dust cover" and not the box or manual almost certainly means there wasn't any.

I love to make fun of stupid sellers like this one.
Last time I saw a seller offering a 97% new genesis console. He said it was 97% new because he opened the box once. I emailed him and asked him to open it one more time, because I wanted a 94% new genesis.
