help ID an NES game

i used to play this one on my little sister's system, then she took the system to school with here and i never saw the game again...or got a cahnce to beat it.

here are the details as best i can recall. it involved your character running up and down these mountains, they were very patterned and geometric looking, things would rain down and knock you back. you would duck in these caves to get crystals or magic things, some sort of leveling up was involved...

sorry i cant remember more but those are all the details i've got. anybody have some guesses? i have a thing about finishing games i did not get to beat as a kid.

Doesn't ring a bell, but games that MAY fit are Boulderdash, Clash at Demonhead, Athena, Dragon Power, Cliffhanger, and Spelunker are my guesses.

Wizards and Warriors maybe? 1,2 (Ironsword), or 3?

thanks you guys for helping me out, funny thing was the game was already on my shelf. i've been working towards a complete NES collection for years and have fallen behind in play testing my carts. it is indeed ironsword, the screenshot didnt seal it until i played the game and got into that mountain ledge jumping thing. it will be beaten, so how about wizards and warriors 1, is it a decent game?
