these are all over that one .gov scam site. along with the 411 scams. You buy 20 or so laptops from them and IF you can sell them over the price you pay for them, you keep the difference/ actually the difference goes into and "account" and when your account reaches some amount to where you could buy the laptop, then hey it's free.
but most times the information is on where to find police and gov auctions, that are usually free in the local paper, they just coppy the info and email it to you for a fee.
Whos to say you just can't copy their emails and put up your own BS auctions.
