NEED to buy N64 Mario Party 3 and 007: World is Not Enough

One of my buddies had both of these games and they got stolen. He needs replacements, but can't afford to spend over $40 Cdn or $25 US each for them complete. Can anyone hook me up with these titles for that price or less (preferrably less as that's his top limit)? Can pay right away via paypal but games must be complete and in decent shape (no torn labels, no chewed up manuals). He wants to replace them promptly.
