Insert Credit (http://www.insertcredit.com) is reporting that Atlus is planning on doing two-fers of more Famicom Kunio-kun (River City Ransom) games for the GBA. Mentioned games are Nekketsu Koukou Dodge Ball Bu (a.k.a. Super Dodge Ball), Ganbare Dunk Heroes (basketball Kunio-style), Down Town Nekketsu Koushinkyoku: Soreyuke Daiundoukai (I think this is a sports competition type thing), Nekketsu Koukou Dodge Ball Bu: Soccer Hen (a.k.a. World Cup Soccer), Down Town Special: Kunio-kun no Jidaigeki Dayo Zenin Shuugou (basically RCR with a feudal Japan setting, sometimes called Technos Samurai), aaaaaannnnnd Ike-Ike! Nekketsu Hockey Bu ~Subette Koronde Dairantou~ (the infamously cancelled Crash 'n the Boys Ice Challenge).

The source is this Japanese news item. (http://green.ap.teacup.com/miamo/435.html) I wonder if they'll be graphically updated like RCR EX?

Thatīs really great, the Kunio games are some of my favorites. But I donīt care that much if they are not going to release them on Europe (like they did with RCREX  ). BTW, Super Dodgeball has already been ported.

Didn't Atlus already port RCR over to the GBA?

What no ports of the Super Famicom Kunio games?

RCR and Super Dodgeball ports have allready been released on GBA. I have little to no interest in the Kunio sports titles when there are RCR sequels that have yet to be translated and released in the US. I would personally only buy the two Downtown series famicom titles and this is coming from a big River City Ransom fan.

I would much rather have translated ports of Shodai Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun or Kunio Tachi no Banka.
