Hello, new guy here. I signed up because a buddy of mine has a unique Street Fighter game and wondered if it was really rare or not. When he lived in Japan for a while back in the early 90s, a friend of his dad gave him a copy of Street Fighter for the SNES. The thing is, this was before it was released in Japan. The art on the cartridge is different and there are a lot more words on it then you're typical Japanese game.

I'm going to try and get a pic up but I wanted to get some info on anyone who's seen something like this.

BTW, dont crucify the new guy please. :D

Probably just the Super Famicom version, but a pic will tell us everything.

Oh, Welcome!

I'm also gonna guess it's probably the SFC version of Street Fight 2. Either that, or some sort of wacky bootlegged Street Fighter 4 game. ;)

If it's different, I'm intrigued...

Incidentally, if it IS the normal SFC cart, then your friend has what is probably the most common Super Famicom game in existence. :P

Sorry been away for a bit. Going to try and get a pic tonight, or at least see it again and compare it so the Super Famicom pic that was posted earlier.

:D
