Help me with my O2EM Launcher!

I'm dying to play Odyssey again and I can't understand why I can't get the emulator/launcher to work. I keep getting the message "Maybe the allegro dll is missing." I have alleg40.dll in the same folder as the launcher and emulator so what am I doing wrong? I have the o2bios.rom in this folder also. Where should it be? Help @_@

Do you need to set up directories? Another thing - it might not be the exact right BIN file you've got there, or it might not be named right for the emulator.

This probably won't make a difference but I noticed the bios I use is called o2rom and not o2bios.rom. I run the emu from the Command Prompt and it works fine.
