There is an urge that comes upon me. Some say it originates with the waxing of the moon. Some say it comes from rare alignments of the planets. Some say it's probably because of boredom and access to a sewing machine. Whatever the reason, the call has come, and I must cosplay.
Bu what to do? I'm terribly picky about these things, and have several personal rules, the foremost being that it must be something unusual. This conviction was formed when I went to my first big convention and saw several hapless tourists devoured by bands of wandering Rikkus. So I thought, how about monsters? Monsters are neat, and essential to the ecosystem - without monsters, we'd have to beat up rocks! Once, you know, all the ninja were dead.
It was just a short step from there to my favorite type of monster: the reptile person. They're just so scaly and fangy and cuddly wuddly. I can think of a few offhand, both friendly and not: Bleu of Breath of Fire 3, the lizard tribes of Suikoden 3, Everquest's Iksar and Frogloks. But none seems quite perfect.
And so I turn to you, in hopes of making a comprehensive list of our digital cold-blooded friends and foes. Name me some reptiles!
