Ogre Battle - Limited Edition for PS1. It's an ex-rental and has a Hollywood Video sticker on disc. Comes with front and back case inserts but no manual. Disc is actually in pretty good shape considering it's an ex-rental....just some light scratching around the disc. Looks as if someone wiped it with a paper towel or something, so they aren't deep.

You can still buy an Ogre Battle manual off of Atlus' website, as well as manuals to many other of their PS1 games.

Wow. I didn't know that. They sell them for only $3 too. Maybe I should keep it and just buy the manual. :?
