PSP Emulation!?

I noticed that they have PSP emulators to download? I was under the impression that this wasnt possible yet? Can anyone shed some light on it for me?

That's okay. In the future, a better way to contribute to a community such as this one is to actually look around a bit and share your discoveries with us rather than going "hey guys I read this sentence on the front page of a website and instead of digging around a little more I thought I'd ask you guys to do it for me."
