Does anyone know of a list anywhere with all the compatible NetLink games out there? if I can get a hold of any i'd love to try setup a game with some people on here!

i was told you can still connect to a dial up isp with it and dial up to other peoples IP's directly and play games?

you can do that with US NetLink and JPN JVC DevModem.
Normal JPN Modem won't work since you need the pre-paid key card and such...

i have a US netlink, whats a JPN JVC DevModem? do i need that aswell?

will my US netlink work on my PAL saturn? do i need some converter or just a plain old ntsc saturn?

The following games use the netlink...the game must state NETLINK Version:

Cybertroopers: Virtual On
Sega Rally Championship
Duke Nukem 3-D
Daytona USA CCE
Bomberman

You can direct dial your opponent to play against them...nowadays, in this "free long distance world" we live in...it's cheaper than Everquest.

I mentioned JVC DevModem since normal JPN modem are all with key card slot unlike US NetLink... For JPN Saturn JVC DevModem is the only one that will still work...

not sure whether these are hardware coded as I don't have US NetLink...

for getting JVC DevModem, good luck.
I got mine as part of Saturn Dev stuff I picked up some time ago... didn't even know it's there along with Dragon's Dream till much later... :p

I don't know if it works, I only heard there was a limited Netlink in Finland to test it for European market. But as the Saturn was almost at the end of it's live, it never made it to the rest of Europe, I doubt that there was any games released in Europe supporting the Netlink.

I know the netlink was released in the UK, my friend used to have one..i dont remember him playing any games online though

Glad to see someone uses this thing. I've got a netlink & netlink gamepack both NIB, obviously haven't got around to using them - I think I'll just eBay them. This is straight off the netlink box that I have
