Check this out guys. He thinks the collection is worth an AVERAGE of almost $42 PER PIECE? I may be wrong, but that just seems NUTS. I mean sure...it's a LOT of stuff, but 50K???

He has some nice stuff (sealed Silent Bomber and Tail of the Sun) but who in the hell's willing to pay that kind of money?

True. There is some very nice stuff, but we're talking about half the price of a decent house :eek 2:

Hopefully he'll realize how moronic that BIN price that he posted was... O_O

We have all seen this before. The guy lists it all as one big lot with a huge price to drum up interest in it, while hoping he might get lucky and sell it all at once.

However, once this thing doesn't sell, a lot of people are going to be watching his auctions when he parts it out. A lot more people then would be watching otherwise.

"In other words, photos are for display purposes only and do not represent how the games were perfectly & carefully stored."

He happened to find a convenient set of shelves to display his games on for photography purposes.

I like all of the other things, such as the T shirts never worn BUT washed once (why wash them?)

$2K-3K

I agree with briguy - the seller placed a BIN at 50,000 to build interest. I'm sure that if he receives a reasonable offer of at most a third of what his BIN is asking, he would likely accept it. Someone with this many games knows what he's selling and should know what people are willing to pay for it. He has a lot of cheap stuff like demo discs included in the lot, so there is no way that he could expect to receive 50 grand for this lot. Unless he's insane! ;)
