I have a 32X in decent shape (minor scratches, nicks), AC adapter, Genesis adapter cable, and the metal clips. No Av cable. It comes with a loose copy of Doom. This is a NTSC console.
The box it comes in in in great shape, just some shelf wear on the edges. There is no actual packaging (styrofoam, cardboard, whatever it came with), just the box.
