Conspiracy Theory - UPS Uniforms?

I got this link from another forum that thinks perhaps there are terrorist buying up UPS uniforms on eBay. I emailed one seller and asked him if he had any idea why a person would buy so many uniforms at such a high price. User turkeygiblet has a feedback rating of only 8 but he is buying UPS uniforms like mad and he isn't the only one! Check it out here:

i just had this discussion with my ups account rep. UPS had sued Ebay for allowing them to sell ups uniforms. The only way you can get one is to Steal it, so what ebay now does it forward the sellers info to UPS and UPS goes after them.

This was brought about where some AH in CA raped a woman after she answered the door for a package. Fedex now does the same thing.
