Well, last Saturday, I purchased the Guide from www.amazon.com and it went fairly smoothly. Then we end up receiving two conformation emails, and I didn't really think about it. I go to the website, and I try to track the package...then I figure out I have a double order! I didn't mess up and say "quantity = 2", it was two different orders of the same book. I think this happened because for some reason my DSL pauses sometimes while I'm surfing the net. Anyways, I was disappointed to find out amazon didn't catch this mistake. Instead I received 2 Digital Press Guides yesterday. Now I've gotta go through the hassle of returning it and such...

Also, the book wasnt in great condition. I had bent corners, and some kinda somethin on the back from packaging! Grrr!

I guess I shoulda ordered it from www.digitpress.com!

Just felt like tellin ya! Oh, and the guide is better than I expected! Good job digitalpress!

Glad ya like it, but sorry amazon.com didn't take care of you. We've shipped a few books that were damaged en route and have replaced them all. In the last 2 months we've upgraded our packaging as well, so the "minty" rate has been much better :)

One other note: Digital Press gets more $$$ for books ordered through our website. Amazon.com takes a pretty hefty chunk of the cover price (60% actually), but it's good exposure. So either way is good, but ordering direct is better for US :D
