I went to the Nintendo World NY store today. I was checking out some of the DS kiosks with demo games in them. So, some guy comes up to me, with his actual DS in hand (as I play the kiosk, which is teathered down - he challeneges me to 2p Polarium, as that was the game in my demo DS - but 2p mode requires you to hold the DS sideways (like a book) - but the kiosk didnt allow for this.
I thought it was a major blunder in the design of the display - I know that kiosk design guys probably dont know jack about the display, but in my professional experience working with this retail/promotional setups, I would think that SOMEONE involved would have some indepth knowledge of the product and notice this problem. I mean, it's the N store.

Aw, man, you went to the Nintendo Store? Color me jealous. Polarium looks interesting. It'll be one of the first games I get once I get a DS. Has there been any word of a price drop? That Blue DS is mighty tempting, and knowing my luck, I'll get it and a price drop will occur a month later.

Yeah, I live in NYC, and the N store is 1 block from my office. I was in the area today (thankfully, not b/c of work).
They had the new BLUE DS on display, looks really tasty - it goes on Sale tomorrow. I finally bought Luigi's mansion which I have bene eyeing for a while - as I wait for Starfox Armada's price to drop. I also bought a baby-T for my girlfriend that has a picture of Mario on it with hearts floating above his head and the shirt says "I Love Videogames" hahaa.

The bad news is, Mr. Aaron_157 just earned himself a one way ticket out of DP-ville.
The good news is, he earned a lot of meseta doing it.
Folks, if you have a problem with something a moderator has done, please feel free to PM them. If that doesn't work, PM an admin such as Joe or I. I'm pretty impartial in these matters, as God knows I hate pretty much all of humanity equally.
Aaron_157 wasn't banned for bumping his thread or disagreeing with a mod. He was banned for cross posting this shitfest of a message storm that I'm now having to mop up instead of going to bed on a Sunday night.
Alright ... where were we? Oh yeah.
