It's NOT a multicart; it has one game, Spider Maze, which was originally going to be made by Ultravision. I'm not sure if it's a US released; the DP guide should have it in either US or foreign section (I don't have the book handy though).

Released by K-tel its semi-rare. Mostly so because its a Canadian cart. More and more have been poping up. Still expect to pay $100.00. Note that some have been found to have an Ultravision label of Condor Attack underneath. A much rarer and more expensive find.
